Arch Enemy, Atheist, Carcass, and Meshuggah are good. but the rest aren't that great to be honest.

Atheist, Carcass and Meshuggah are great. For Arch Enemy, it depends on which era. In my opinion, Arch Enemy were way better before 2000.

True Metal?...yet you put AILD and B4MV in there, well AILD classifies themselves as christian rock, and B4MV is emo soooo, just cuz they sound heavy, doesn't make them metal. I like both bands though

Actually, neither bands are what you say they are. As I Lay Dying hasn't proclaimed what they are, besides stating that they're a band of five Christians, not a Christian band. They most nearly fit into a Thrash/Melodeath-based Metalcore or Deathcore genre.
As for Bullet For my Valentine, they're metalcore. See, there's three extremes of metalcore: Death, Thrash, Black, Post-death, or Post-thrash based music with slight hardcore influences, hardcore, emocore, emo, or post-hardcore with slight metal influences, and alternative rock, alternative metal, hard rock, and mainstream rock with slight metal and hardcore influences. BFMV falls into the latter category.

"True metal"? Some of those bands, sure. Other ones on that list, not so much. I'd hardly call As I Lay Dying, Bullet for my Valentine, or Manson "true metal".
