This is hypothetical, but I thought I'd share my thinking with everyone. I was thinking about possibilities for if Led Zeppelin ever appears as DLC. Hopefully they will release full albums as opposed to compilations, just because each album is so polished already. Anyway, I was thinking about "II" as DLC, and the last two tracks caught my attention:
"Moby Dick": Instrumental with heavy emphasis on drums. There's no reason they can't do instrumental DLC, since it's optional. Also, the idea is to convey what it's like to be in a band, and in a lot of bands the singer sits out on a song or two. Since the singer is usually the front man, there's no shame in stepping down for a few minutes. Sure, it's not fun if one person is alienated in a game where there is no real front man, but it could give people a chance to switch roles and mix it up a bit. Also, the drumming is really fast in this song. It could end up being the drummer's equivalent to "Jordan" from GHII. It would be worth taking a break as singer to watch someone really good wail like Bonham.
"Bring it on Home": Starts out as harmonica-driven blues, goes into blues-inspired hard rock. This got me thinking about the possibility of using the microphone as a harmonica. The singer could just whistle into the mic in the correct pitch and it could come through the speakers as the harmonica track. Could be pretty fun if it worked.

Not a bad idea, if it were easy for harmonix to do, and i would say anyway they get zep in this game is a good way.

That would be fun, if everyone could whistle.

I suppose you could hum, instead.
