Hello All,

I don't remember coming across this information yet so if it has been already asked or answered, sorry and please enlighten me.

But with all the great DLC announced today and the countless more which we all hope will be coming out in the future, I have to wonder ( or maybe just my worrying brain going into overdrive) how much space will each song take up on my Xbox 360 HD (ballpark). Because the way I am thinking with all the care and attention that Harmonix seems to put into all their songs, animation playing accuracy, multiple master tracks for each instrument and different difficulties and all they might get pretty big. The only reason I am concerned is because I have the 20 GB drive which only really gives me about 10 free gigs of space. I know that seems like a lot, but the amount of songs I would probably be willing to buy (so long Itunes) makes me a little concerned. Because then I might have to start thinking about saving up for the bigger HD. :D

12 days seems like an eternity.

Thanks

I was wondering that, too - I'll buy a bigger 360 HD if need be, but it'd be great if my remaining 6 gigs can handle it - seems like it should, but if the tracks are 300MB or something it's going to get eaten up pretty fast.

Well, the track packs that just came out for gh3 today are 50mb for 3 songs...so that's 2 instruments, therefore I'd ballpark it at 100mb for 4 instruments, and 3 songs...so maybe 30-35mb per song approx?

That could be a good starting point thanks.
