Back From Vacation and Ready to Rock the Duals...Who Can Help?

So, while I was on vacation, I finally got a mic stand so I can start doing both vocals and guitar or bass. I'm looking for mature players (over 21, no exceptions!) who have also done this or are willing to be patient with me while I experiment. Come on, it's just like college...except there's no beer and no one will wake up tomorrow with regrets. Okay, it's nothing like college, but who's willing to help anyway? Any fun folks out there willing to laugh with me? :D

By the way...I'm on xbox live, and I'm looking for people who play on hard or better. If you've done this and you can give me tips, even better...but if not and you're a patient person, rock on!

I can do the dual instrument thing. I find that the song has to be one Im familiar with enough so that I don't have to pay too much attention to the lyrics while playing guitar. I've tried it on drums as well, but its considerably more difficult plus I dont have an adjustable mic stand so I can't position the mic how I want it. Either way, my gamertag is the same as my username here and Im expert level as requested (oh and Im 26 lol). So fire me a friend invite if you'd like, I literally play Rock Band every day in true nerd form! :D

lol, BBG, I was not on my game last night. Oi, it was bad. But I still had fun and laughed like a nerd at every possible moment. :p You're very fun. We should definitely do this again...and maybe with me doing just vocals so I don't "bring the band down." ;)

Although the Devil's water part was hilarious, I have to say that when we did Beethoven's C, you attempted to sing at the "you want it all" part and when you started singing, "Something something something something!" I laughed so hard, I totally screwed up the song. :p Thanks a lot! Hehe.

Yeah, I find it interesting how I get messed up on one thing and it screws up both. Hehe. It definitely uses a different part of the brain, I think. And I also think it's a part I don't use often enough. :p

i was playing last night and my screen suddenly went black......instantly i was like "WTF".....i tried a few things, I quickly noticed that i still had the xbox guide.....hmm.....it's not the tv i thought.....so like any MS product i used the quick fix, reboot.......everything seemed back to normal and then..........i get the disc unreadable error......dam it....my xbox has scratched yet another game (3 total for me, 2 of em rb)....so now i'm faced with a decision, send my xbox off and risk not having one when rb2 drops (i'll buy another before that happens) or ask for a replacement disc....either way i'm screwed.....anyone wanna overnight me a game.....lol
