I love the concept but I just have one problem with Rock Band,
NO BEATLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the pioners of modern rock anything and they don't get a spot on the genre that they formed.
I would love to see the following as DLC
"Paperback Writer"
"Hard Days Night"
"Here Comes the Sun"
others escape me at present because there are so many and not one makes the cut to be on the disk *Jees* what a world it has become eh

I fully understant why the beatles are important, but did they solely define "modern" rock?

the point I was making was that any modern day rock band will say that the beatles inspired them whether it is Death Metal or Smooth Rock and they had 4 memberswho played Lead Guitarist/Back up Singer; Rythmn Guitarist/Lead Singer; Bass Guitarist/Back up Singer; Drummer/Back up Singer Besides the fact that there was a Rythmn guitarist and they sang a quartet they would be perfect for Rock Band

if you wanna be a dick about things you can say that the beatles didn't really follow that generic line up. paul played several leads as did john, paul shouldn't even be considered a"back up singer", hell even ringo was a lead singer at times

so what i Micheal Jackson being a *****; because the last I heard was that he owned the masters

he co-owns the master tracks with sony (at least i think its sony), they cant do **** with the tracks unless one or the other agrees to something
