I like the Les Paul. It is a fine piece of work and will be a great RB bass.
Casey Lynch is the hottest video game character to date.
There was some "lag" or something at first. After reading a few things, I connected my digital optical cable directly from my PS3 to my receiver. This fixed that problem. I normally run my PS3 into my HDTV via HDMI and connect a digital optical from the TV to the receiver.
I have dropped some notes while playing. I think the guitar is double strumming. This is the most frustrating part of the game. You can play around it, but it's tough. A series of single notes, like in Monkey Wrench on GHII, is nearly impossible.
Casey Lynch in a leather corset?? I'll take two, please.
Some of the note charts just don't make any sense. I have asked myself on more than one song "Why am I strumming here?" or "Why isn't this a hammer-on?" or "Why can't I hear myself playing?" (in my most obnoxious British accent, of course). Luckily, some of my favorite songs are okay - paranoid, paint it, black, Mississippi Queen, etc. I am playing on medium, maybe they will be better when I get to hard.

- BIGGEST GRIPE - I CANNOT PLAY GH 1/2/80's ON MY PS3

Overall, it's worth $99.99 to have a pretty good game and a bass for RB. However, if I find out that the RB Strat is backwards compatible with my old GH's, GHIII will go on ebay as soon as individual Strats are available.

I enjoy it too, but there are a few things that piss me off. Like all of the advertising everywhere. I dont want to see a McDonalds sign saying "I'm loving it" in the background.

Also, i know that this is insignificant, but when you boot up the game on the 360, it asks you every time where you want to have the information saved. Even if you dont have a memory card in, it still asks you if you want it to save to the hdd. Well NO CRAP! Where else would i want it saved? It should have that option one time and then skip by it from then on out. Not every freaking time!
