USA RockBand - DLC from Australia

Hi there, i am thinking of purchasing RB from ebay or an international store... although i have read that although the game is compatible you wont be able to dowload content from australian sites using the USA disc...

It mentioned that i would need to download from USA sites as i have the USA Disc, can someone give me some clarity around this, as if that wont be the case, ill go ahead and buy it NOW!! :)

Can i use a EUR RB Disc with AUS RB instruments..??

If you have a PS3 you can import it from the US but if you have a 360 you need to get the PAL verison from the UK.

You need to create a US Silver Live Account so you can access the Rock Band content on the Marketplace and to purchase it you will need to buy US MS Points off eBay.

It sounds like a lot but once your US account is setup and you have your points, it is easy as and all the DLC songs can be accesses by your orignal Australian xbox live account.

There are no AUS Rock Band instruments but the UK PAL disc works with the US instruments and Guitar Hero controllers.
