Gamestop SOLD OUT???

I was just inquiring. I've already got my pre-order for rockband out of the way and paid for but i was looking at the gamestop website and they no longer are offering the bundle for sale on the PS3 just the game. Does that mean they have reached their limit on the pre-orders?

GH3 didn't stop taking pre-orders. This either means Rock Band manufactered not enough bundles, or RB is gonna outsell GH3. Awesome.

At one of the gamestops here I heard today that they stopped taking preorders lastweek, AND!!! on my way out I over heard the guy say on the phone that the rockband shipment came in 10 days early???? (maybe I miss understood him, it sounded like he said rockband) actually today is 11 days till release but we may see the street date broken soon.

If you want 360 then if you go tomorrow you should be safe if you go ASAP. PS3 you are screwed if you are trying to get one from gamestop though. PS2 is just fine though but this should be an indication of why you shouldn't wait.

They made as many as they could, but the amount they can manufacture and ship out just can't meet the demand. Otherwise they would have to push back the release date and that defeats the whole purpose.

They are still taking pre-orders at newegg.com and it is $10 off.. but the S&H is between $5-20 dollars depending on location and shipping type..

My preorder was placed about 2 mos ago. I finally got to play the PS3 demo at wal mart yesterday.

I can't believe all these threads that have been posted with people "worried" about the durability of this and that and not liking the strum bar, etc. The Strat is much better than the SG or the Les Paul (no clicking!). The drum pads are made of very soft rubber and aren't really that loud.

It is amazing to me how these games work. It's just crazy that the thing knows that you missed a hit on the hi hat immediately and doesn't play the sound. I can't wait.

I pre-ordered mine last week and even pre-paid the whole thing just in case they don't get their entire pre-shipment and have to choose between a full pre-pay and another pre-order who only put down the minimum.

I went to GameStop today and they indeed were done taking pre-orders for Rock Band, and pretty much said it is pre-order or never if you want it before Xmas. They weren't expecting any new shipments before Xmas.

All 3 gamestops around my area are sold out of Rock Band bundles. And one of them still has some for the XBOX 360. Why is that? are they getting less PS3 Rock Bands or more PS3 people are preordering it.

PS3 will probably ship fewer units than the 360 version.
