I hate the fact that I can "play on Expert", but, I can't really like, be GOOD at it. Still stuck on "Raining Blood" and "One". :/

and actually, I've started drinking, and just like with real guitar, my GH skills go SERIOUSLY downhill after a beer or two. So, the pwnage is open for the claiming lol

Wow you're stuck on "One"? That was the first song of the last tier I played and beat it the first time. Same thing with Number of the Beast. Had to try "Cliffs of Dover" like 10-15 times to finally beat it and Raining Blood... I'm pretty sure I tried that over 100 times. Now I'm stuck on Lou :( I learned something from that too. He gets the first "power-up" and if its Lefty Flip or Double Notes, your screwed.

cliffs of dover took me one try, number of the beast took me two tries

one took me one try, raining blood took me about 10 (got tha achievement from it lol)

lou took maybe 20 tries, but its pure luck so whatever.

Yeah, the solo's what's getting me. And so I've failed it two or three times now, just because I get bored of playing the first four minutes or so just to fail in the same spot. I'll probably give it another go today.

Once I got the intro for cliffs of dover, the rest was fine, it's just the scales of death that get me. I haven't really practiced it enough to get it down, so I just star power through it. Raining Blood, I'm pretty sure I've played that damn song like, 50 times, and it irritates me more than cliffs of dover and one combined. We'll see though, I've actually been getting to play since my wife's out of town, so maybe I'll actually be able to beat 'em this week.
