I just preordered the bundle at gamestop today and wanted to vote on my list.

ballads:

Metallica - One

Blue Oyster Cult - Don't Fear the Reaper

metal:

Iron Maiden - Breakin the Law

Megadeth - Sweating Bullets or Peace Sells........

what do you all think of this list?
it would be dificult to get the licenses but these songs would make up a good amount of the upper tiers of the game, and add some variety to the game as well

I don't really like Metallica, I only really like their first album Kill'em All alot. But if you had to pick a Metallica song that was slower I would have to say Sad but True would be better or maybe Enter Sandman. And I don't know if I would call Don't Fear the Reaper a ballad it was just some early metal, kickass guitar solos though, Buck Darma is the man. And sorry to say another thing Breaking the Law was a Judas Priest song. I don't want to sound upity it just bothers me when people do that sorry.

I am sorry about that, when I posted I was on the verge of passing out. had to get up early for work and all. you are right, it was priest, but reaper is considered a ballad of sorts because of the slowness and the guitar solos. one is one of metallica's better slower songs........ and at the length it would be a huge challenge. I am not certain on which of the megadeth songs I would choose though. both of them are a challenge. thanks for the feed back though

First of all Breaking the Law was Judas Priest; second as much as I also want Metallica in the game their gonna have to pay a whole ****load of money to get just one song so don't count on it.
