Went to GameStop. Sold Out. Told me everyone brick store or online was sold out in the country. Went to the EBGames nearby. (5 min walk) Got the last copy. Apparently in the country.

PS- by copy i mean pre-order "spot".

I would be lying if I said I belive this. Logicalnoise was completly correct and somehow If I got the last one in America I don't think I would be as layed back...

You may have gotten the last pre-order at EB/Gamestop but there will still be thousands more copies at Targets/Walmart/Best Buys and every place else.

lighten up guys. the gamestop guys were obviously exaggerating. I didnt really get the last copy in the country they just made it sound like I did. I thought it was funny.

Yea they are boring and don't know much I know more than most of them, and they sell the damm games. I guess they missed the part where you are suppost to know your product.

one of the eb's i went to i asked if i could have a cut out (display) and they said it was gonna be given to one of their employees to burn. he said he didnt like video games. wow. lame.

This happens all the time. If you don't preorder the sales clerks at Gamestop / EB / Gamecrazy / etc. get really snotty and declare your absolute failure due to your reluctance to give them money, and as punishment, the gods will never let you get the game, ever.

Then you go 5 minutes down the road to Best Buy and pick one up. On launch day.

This is why I loathe going to "game shops" (see also: pawn shops). If not for Rock Band's utter scarcity and heavy weight causing massive shipping costs from online retailers, I'd have nothing to do with those guys.
