I know wikipedia isn't the most reliable source but that was where i first heard of Guitar Hero Rocks the 80s when it wasn't posted anywhere else, but this time it's just buggy. I was looking at the rock band (video game) entry on there and it said that "the wicked end" by:Avenged Sevenfold, among a few other songs were also announced for the game in an ign interview and were all master tracks, than about two hours later, checking back on the site, that section with those songs were cut. now i don't know if any developers of the game surf these forums but was whoever wrote that in just an ******* that wanted to mess with us or will "the wicked end" and the other songs come to fruition? please tell me it is

This is the first I've heard of it.

i notice it had "Last Train Home" by Lostprophets on there. I guess someone decided to be a jackass by posting false information.

The thing about wikipedia is that newer articles can be edited by anyone. I could log in there right now and post that the entirerty of Barbara Striesand's 1980 quintuple-platinum album "Guilty" had been added to the official setlist. Just because it's there doesn't mean it's true.

For instance, I once added my friend's name to the list of chemical abrasives on wikipedia as a joke, because in a recent job-perfomance review his boss told him that he was "Too abrasive". It stayed there for about a month.

On older entries, however, you genereally get accurate and reliable information, and I have passed more than a few lazy workdays browsing through wikipedia's catalog.

This is why I hate people like you.

Also, if you wanna see the songs, check the history. Duh. :/

yeah i know it just seemed like all 6 of the extra songs that were posted could be likely candidates for the game

IT'S NOT IN THE GAME!

It wasn't in the GI article. The guy that said it obviously can't read if he thinks that.
