School Is Starting Up Soon...

If you are still in school, when do you go back? And are you looking forward to it at all?

I go back this thursday, the 21st. I am going into 8th grade. I'm only looking forward to a couple things about it, though. One is I get to see all of my friends that i didn't see at all this summer. (There are a lot) Another is that i am finally the oldest grade. This is gonna be great. For example, now I can just walk in a straight line and all the youngin's will have to get out of my way. I won't have to turn or move over or anything. But i still don't like school and would much rather not go. Just like any other person my age.

What about you guys?

I'm going back.....a week or two into September, not sure, but am somewhat looking forward to it, while also not looking forward to it. Getting to see my friends, and getting outta the house are two things I'm kinda likin'. But, then again, all of my REAL friends are in a different home-room. That's mainly because, i guess you could say, for lack of a better word, they're a little dim. :p I got put in the "smarter" class as people like to say. Whatever. >_> I'm just pissed 'cause I don't get to hang with my friends. I'm also going into 7th grade, my first year of junior-high, so changing classes will be different.

Second year of pharmacy school begins tomorrow. The first semester is supposed to be the hardest semester in the curriculum, so I'm not looking forward to that. They even went so far as to have the first ever 2nd-year orientation last Friday to strike fear into all of us! :eek:

Guess it'll be less RockBand\video games :( but more RockBand (and non-RockBand) PARTIES! :D Oh and a hell of a lot of studying. But I guess I wouldn't be here if I didn't plan to make my life revolve around medicine.

Edit: On a side note, I'm ready to beat down my Stafford loan lender... they need to get off their butts and get my loan money to me so I can buy my freaking books ASAP! Any other college folks having these kinds of problems? Ugh.

I Graduated in may... so No School for me for a While. But The School i did go to, starts Next Friday. When i went, the First Day was a Half-Day. And we went to ALL of Our Classes to see who's in what, get to know the teacher and crap.

But yeah, i'm taking it Slow really, i want to get a job here shortly. Start to save up and get a car... then save up again and move out.

Tallahasse...and whenever a hurricane seems to hit, were the only freakin place in florida that doesnt get hit....although i remember one time in 4th grade getting a thursday off, and they just let us have friday off for the heck of it.

lol your right I don't ever remember seeing Tallahassee get hit by anything. I get a day off every single time a hurricane comes, because Orlando always gets hit, along with almost all the rest of the peninsula. But at least you don't have to deal with power outages or the other stuff that comes with hurricanes. Back when hurricane Charlie hit in '04 or whatever it was I lost power for days. It was pretty annoying and I got reaallly bored. It wasn't as bad as the people that lost power for weeks though.....
