Ive noticed some people with Rock band gamer pics on xbox live, and I checked the marketplace nothing there anyone know where i could get them?

I'm not 100% positive but I think they're on the game disc for this month's issue of Official Xbox Magazine. I subscribe to it so I should be getting it any day now and I'll post whether or not it's on there. Unless someone else got it?

I don't have the patience to wait for free, so I bought them off the market place last night. Go to xbl marketplace > they have a theme and pics. Just browse all and head down to rock band.... easy as you peasy.
