hell to the yeah, som ensiferum would be awesome. amon amarth is viking metal though. but it is still one of my personal favorites and would kick ass!! Pursuit of vikings would fit perfectly. but as i saw kathotar mentionce ensiferum i would seriuosly like to see Wintersun. it fits so good

Tumulus is the only folk metal I've heard and it didn't do much for me. Mainly I imagine because it's all sung in Russian. Jeez you think people whine and complain about the metal being released as DLC now hehe they would go into a whining frenzy with folk metal ;).
