I guess few know this one. It's a band from Germany (it's in english, don't worry ;)). I'd simply say it's rock music, but with a quite dark tone and just a tiny bit proggy-metalish.
They have a quite special sound, i think. At least on the "friend or foe" album (all of the albums sound quite a bit different). It has a lot of songs which i think would be great for Rockband, like "On the Tightrope", "It Could Be Yours", "Dive", "Nobody's Home" or "Evon".

The band-dynamic is really great in almost all of the songs, i think it'd be really fun.
