Well Joigga does like to lie a lot :p remember his scary "ghost" story? He said he's not from GA and yes, the equipment to produce that music is availabe. you could do it with fruity loops. Hell even Traxx Pad for the PSP can make those beats, More than likely those were just stolen instrumentals though. I was making beats on my comp since I was 12, So I think i'd know if it's possible or not.
