Looking for a X360 band that does NOT discriminate based on how my character looks

It's tough for me finding a band to play with online. Once in a while, when I DO find a band they're always like "holy f$%k! he looks scary." and just kick me. =(

Since when do people give a crap about how your RB character looks like? It's just a freakin avatar!! It's not like my character is gonna pop out the screen and attack you on a videogame like Rock Band. =\

Anyways, looking for a xbox 360 band to play with right now. I've just been kicked out of 2 bands already..

Anyone intrested in a character that looks like a Zombie, joining their band?

I'm fine, I don't spend to much time looking at the picture but at the notes anyway. My character looks ppretty out of the ordinary but noone seems to care.
