Age Limit: All Ages!

System: XBOX 360. All band members must play HARD or EXPERT

Instruments: Full Band Tournament IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU BRING YOUR OWN GUITARS.

Admission Fee: $10 per person ($40 per band)

Tournament Format: We are switching back to our original format for this Tournament in the interest of time!

Teams will be randomly placed against each other in a one song at a time rock off. After Every band has played 6 matches the top 4 teams with the best records will go on to the finals. Each band will then pick 1 song for all 4 bands to play. You will get 3 points for first place, 2 points for second and 1 point for third. The team with the most points will then win the Tournament (this will also rank 2nd and 3rd). If there is a tie, there will be a 1 random song battle to determine the winner.


Prizes: CASH Store Takes 20% Venue Fee out of main pot Prizes 50% of Entrance Fees 1st Place 30% 2nd Place 20% 3rd Place We have TONS of video games for all systems for sale so there will be plenty to pick from if you win!

Our last Tournament was a lot of fun! I hope we get the same kind of attendance this time! It was awesome last month!

Please try to bring your own instruments!!!! This is HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

You are allowed to play in 2 bands as long as at least one person in that band wasn't in another band. This will ensure single people won't miss out and will make for a bigger prize pool!

Just to let everyone know, the 20 free DLC songs will not eligible for the tournament. Also this tournament will feature Rock Band 2 songs only, and no DLC will be used. If you are thinking about coming, please post to give us an idea. Thanks everyone!

What If I don't have a band? Can I enter myself?

I would definitely come by yourself if you can't find a whole band because there may be other people looking looking for a band. (there usually is) However be prepared that a lot of people are usually looking for Drummers and singers. I would post up here and ask if anyone wants to be in a band with you for this tournament. I've seen that work great!

There is always a chance that no one will want to play with you but usually that's not the case. Plus we allow people to enter in more than one band sometimes for this reason.

How many people showed up this time, out of curiosity? I wanted to make the trip for this one but our drummer still hasn't gotten much of a chance to improve since last tourney. Also, being a PS3er, I've only been able to borrow the game to play so far. Definitely looking forward to the next one though!

We had a decent turnout! There weren't too many bands but all of them were about on the same level of gameplay it was very, very competitive!

You guys have good taste then, Cool For Cats is actually a really fun song IMO. I don't know why so many people dislike it.

It's especially fun to sing...the innuendos in the lyrics are hysterical. Maybe people just don't get it. :cool:

My wife and I are barely above casual RB players, in that we can get through almost all the songs on expert together with her on bass and me on guitar and get 4-5 stars. Some really easy select songs we'll get gold on.

Would this even be worth competing in (we are an hour away) or would we just be laughed out the door?
