Correct me if im wrong but arent we supposed to get a big announcement sometime this week because of the finals for battle of the bands. Well since the finals are tomorrow i thought maybe they would release the big news tomorrow. What do u think it will be? I think it will be some more DLC because harmonix has been working hard on that.

I'd doubt we get the news tomorrow. I think they've been playing their rounds in the evening, so it'd be more likely that the winner will receive their info from HMX, put together a story for it, and possibly release it on Wednesday...

Just a guess though. Maybe they have other plans.

More DLC content?! Thats probably all it could be, I just hope it isn't a repeat from OXM. Maybe it will be some more Greatful Dead DLC revealed, or perhaps something new. I'm excited to see what it is.

They have been playing the rounds well in advance of the results announcements. So I am guessing the final round is being played today, if it hasn't already been played.

I suspect that right around the time the results are announced tomorrow, 1UP will have a story naming the Metallica DLC tracks.

Assuming DLC is <$2, I wouldn't be surprised if this is the announcement. It would certainly take the wind out of GH3's sails. Other than that, I'm not sure what else there is to announce. In-game instrument customization?

I wouldn't get my hopes up on BWT online, they wouldn't hold something like that off. That would be one of the major sellers, I imagine there were some people that canceled pre-orders when they heard about that. All we can hope for is a patch (if possible, and I imagine it is).

I'm going to guess it's a release schedule for the DLC we already know about along with release schedule for the albums. So they'll let us know the timing of the DLC through Christmas, but we won't see the pricing until the day it goes up for download.
