The Pretender is GH3 DLC, Bulls on Parade is in GH3. I'd rather not play the same song in two different games, even though Rock Band offers vocals and drums.
And GN'R has so many better songs. If I had to choose three, Garden of Eden, Nightrain, and Rocket Queen.

I don't believe that having songs in other games should preclude them from Rock Band. I personally don't have GH3 and probably will not be getting it. If it was offered in Rock Band, I would buy the DLC without hesitating.
While I agree that those are solid GNR songs, I was trying to come up with songs that were good and would also appeal to the mainstream.

Well, their cover of "Land Of Confusion" was pretty decent, but that's about it.
In all other areas though, the suggestions are one big epic fail. Sorry mate, but the songs chosen for even the single good band you listed (GnR) are not that great. I would substitute:
Guns N Roses: Civil War, Don't Damn Me, Welcome To The Jungle (You have to include a popular one so that you pull in the people only familiar with their radio stuff)

You know, I had it in my head that Welcome to the Jungle was already in the game, since that was the song they played in the very first gameplay preview that HMX released! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xd3E8zgqJM4
So perhaps this is already slates for DLC? Hmmm....
