Unreadable Disk when loading song

Hi I recently started getting this error with my game. With any song that I play while it is in the loading screen a screen pops up with "Unreable Disk" and it takes me back to the dashboard. It's not with DLC but the main setlist in fact.

Any help with solving this issue I would appreciate.

Sounds like you have an Unreadable Disc...I know, duh right?

have you checked it for cracks/scratches?

its got scratches yes. and Ive used several methods to clean it but it still has the scratches.

I have the same problem. EA will replace your disc for $20. Mine only fails when I try to play songs that start with I, though, and the rest work fine, so **** it, i'll just wait until RB2 comes out and then use my friend's disc to import the songs.

im not gonna pay $20 for a new disk. Its their problem i should get a replacement for free.

How is it their problem that you or your console scratched your disc?

Are you serious? I think "unreadable disc" is a pretty straightforward description of the problem. Why would you expect a free replacement for a scratched disc? :confused:
