I got mine a while ago. Probably won't get it back in time but you never know.

My advice? Suck it up and don't blow any unnecessary money. We've waited this long (and it's just a game, albeit the best game eva), so you should be fine.

Yea....but I hear all these horror stories about not getting your 360 back for 4-6 weeks.......................maybe buy a new one...the arcade edition for 280 ...then when I get back my old one...sell it on ebay for like 150 -200 to compensate....thats my plan..I think :confused:

I'd sell it to my friend and let him deal with the sending it in and go out and buy a new system.

That sucks man... I'd get a refurb from them and just sell the one I get back or trade it into EB games and get a newer system, because chances are it will just do it again =\ Sorry man I hope everything does work out for you though and really, don't spend any money that you don't need to spend.

don't buy a new 360 it's not worth it at all. i've used the microsoft repair system as of today for the 6th time (i don't think that sentence makes sense). it's not as bad as people make it out to be. as a little bonus you get a month of live for free anyway. And i've also been in the same predicament that you were. My 360 a week after halo 3 came out. i was so busy i was waiting for that weekend to play it and i wasn't able to. Then the orange box came out so i had a backlog of games. Trust me though you'll be kicking your self if you do it. save the money for extra dlc :). I also apologize if this post is god awful grammar wise as i haven't typed anything in a while.
