This has probably been discussed elsewhere, but the following 1Up article confirms that the three packs that have been announced will also be available as single songs as well.

So, if you really like Bowie, but only want say, Heroes from the Bowie 3 pack, you will be able to purchase just that song, instead of having to buy all three songs. I hadn't noticed this fact before which is quite exciting (and will save me a few dollars that I will surely spend on more DLC).
I am not sure if the same applies to whole album downloads? Anyone sure on this one or have a reference article. Thanks.

Every song will be available as a single DL.

Yup, Harmonix has listened to the people and will offer the DLC individually. However, if you want to buy the bundles you'll save a little cash on your tracks.

Yeah, it's a beautiful thing isn't it ? Being able to buy the tracks you want and not getting stuck with crap that you don't want.
It's a few levels of awesome.

Wonder if it's possible to buy a pack and get a deal on it? Shave off a few points/cash/whatever the ps3 uses for buying a whole album instead of treating it as buying single songs. I'd imagine HMX already gave that thought.

Yeah if that's the deal then it's be great, I'll be buying a lot of packs because I just want new songs to play on RB, I do hope they take that path and almost sure they will.

Given that Feigned just returned from a Harmonix interview, I think his statement here might be more than speculation.

Actually we didn't really talk about DLC pricing this time. They're still not ready to make any official announcement. However, I believe the prospect of a price break for bundled tracks has already been discussed in the past by Harmonix.

Oh ok. It does seem pretty logical and not out of the ordinary with digital music distribution to do a bundle/album price break, so I would be surprised if they didn't.

Don't get ahead of yourself. They couldn't handle small things like french text.

HA who gives a crap about Canada or the French and their language anyway. Have fun not playing the game on Nov 20th guy. HMX should just cancel the game going to Canada completely, save themselves the headache.

No need to say that guy, he's just one jackass, don't let one bad apple spoil the bunch, etc, etc.
The world is full of these damned internet tough guys.

Well said, I wish everyone could get RB on the 20th. Even the UK guys, especially Canada though. My best friend is in Canada and I won't be able to jam with him day 1 :(

As others have said, you will *always* be able to download single songs, even if they are included in a pack.
