Wah wah wah, you can't get Rock Band on Nov 20th, we got it already stop posting threads insulting Harmonix employees who have no say over when the game is released.

Shouldn't even post here, just let this 12 year old get banned and be done with it.
Though I do find his little "flames" funny, sad but funny.

blacklabelkills is immature, see proof above.

I think this is just giving us all mind numbing headaches and that we should ignore his threads, because I think we respect HMX and Sean enough to keep this crap off the front page.

Okay, I'm coming late to the party here. I missed the actual insults being flung, but I gather they are over one ... er ... ardent fan ... being rather ... er ... expressive ... about their frustration over the Canadian release delay. I've managed to gather the pieces of exactly what was said.

I'm going to do something a little ridiculous here, and speak for people who aren't me ... but I feel a little assured in doing so, in that I really, truly feel that my fellow Canadians really don't want people to think poorly of us. While it is always stupidly egotistical to think that we can know the thoughts of others, and therefore I risk making an ass out of myself by doing this, I think that saying nothing risks more. All it takes for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing. So here goes.

As a Canadian, I just want to apologize for my fellow countryman's behaviour. I must assure you that their behaviour is not indicative of the societal norms of the Great White North, nor would such behaviour ever be considered anywhere near acceptable, understandable, or forgivable.

I only ask that you, perhaps, take this as a sad example of the anonymity of the internet, and what it can do to distance us all from one another when we stop thinking that we are any less responsible for what we type as we are for what we speak.

To juxtapose this sorry state of affairs, just remember that Harmonix has created a game in which the entire premise is to bring four people together to enjoy music, to work together in a non-competetive atmosphere, and to have fun together. It even allows people who do not even speak the same language -- but only share a common love of the music -- to come together and enjoy the experience of playing together cooperatively. As opposed to other music games which have turned towards competition, status, ego-stroking, and pseudo-PvP behavour, Harmonix' model stands to remind us that it is "harmony" in music that makes it exciting.

So please take this sad little note of dischord as a temporary bad note, and I hope it doesn't sour you on the rest of the Canadian music-lovers who - I can assure you - would never want to have themselves associated with this kind of behaviour.
