I sent in for an RMA and the UPS tracking number hasn't had any action for more than a week now. Luckily, it was just an empty box for my drums, but still, what can I do about this?

The last activity on the tracking number:
COMMERCE CITY, CO, US 08/15/2008 7:13 A.M. OUT FOR DELIVERY
Yeah. Except it never came.
UPS driver mustoff stolen your box. I would call support and ask for a new box.

Call UPS then. It may be lost in their system and they might not know it's lost until you call them.

Same thing happened to me... except there were drums in my box!

thats wierd. depending on the contract with EA. UPS will most likely leave the drums on the door. but. it would atleast update on the tracker. when the packages are set on the truck. its updated when its actually on the truck. so somehow it was on the truck for delivery. but never made it to your door. and somehow did get re scanned back in when it got back to the warehouse... that sucks.
