Need to RMA..but can't find link!!

Before you flame me or a Mod locks this thread, I have RMA'd before 0n-line, and things went smooth as silk. But for some reason, when I tried to follow a link to RMA my Drums, I can't seem to locate the link that starts asking you the problem, did you try this, etc., and then finally your credit card # in case you don't return the equipment.

Honestly, I've been searching for that link for like 2 hours and can't find it! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Thank you, I found my way to that one already, but it's the link after this. Meaning, where to go from there? I've tried every one of those links, but still can't seem to find the right one to actually submit my RMA.

I don't know what browser you are using, but when I click Continue, the page works just fine for me.
