Solo career band members question

In my time here I haven't seen this question pop up. I know you can create your rocker and all that jazz for solo career, but what about your band members? I think it would be better to make your own people so you could either make them match or just have 4 dudes (or chicks) with their own style and instruments, but I doubt that's the case. If you can't create your own band members, will they be randomized or perhaps made similar to your rocker?

So far it SEEMS that you only create your one rocker & go from there...

The other members of the band in the Solo Tour seem to just be generalized. Black & White outfits & such.

My problem with that thread is that he's analyzing videos that are most likely quickplay examples making the assumption that they are solo tour videos.

Fact is there's no official word yet. We'll find out in about a week though.

Well, this is only about BWT, where we know we'll be able to customize characters. In single player, though, there is still no definite word, but all evidence points to randomized band members.

If that's the case, I hope the band members will either be set through the entire solo career, or change costumes based on what genre song is playing. That would be nice.

Uhh, that video is all about Band World Tour mode (aka, local multiplayer). The OP was asking about the Solo Tour Modes and whether you can create the other band members to go along with the guy you're playing in solo mode.

Right, after watching those videos it made me think (and hope) that it was a demonstration of the song, not solo career. I hope HMX shocks us all with a Solo World Tour similar to BWT, where you get to make your own band members, and get to team up with other solo artist (sort of like GHIII's bosses, but you play with them rather than against) for more money and fans. Wishful thinking, I know, but what's wrong with that?
