I figured why the hell not, so here goes.
If anything I hope some of you learn about some new bands here and go check some out, I am posting them because I personally think they kick serious ass. I promise none of these bands are bad =) especially if you like metal.

Arsis - A diamond for disease OR The face of my innocence
Blind Guardian - Another Holy War
Cave In - Trepanning
Cursive - Some Red Handed sleight of hand
The Decemberists - the bachelor and the bride
Disillusion - ...And the Mirror Cracked
Dragonland - Astronomy / Beethoven's Nightmare
Dream Theater - Metropolis Pt. 2 Scenes from a memory (whole freakin' album.. but we have no keyboard =( ) OR Metropolis pt 1. (single song)
Dredg - Of the Room / Ode to the sun (would be AWESOME) / Catch Without Arms / Hungover on a Tuesday (dredg would be awesome and should totally be in RB, they fit every requirement of awesome and are a four piece (singer, bass, guitar, drums)

Explosions In The Sky -
God Forbid - Chains of Humanity / Anti-Hero
He Is Legend - The Seduction, the greatest actor alive, anything from ' Suck Out The Poison' (god this , like dredg, would be perfect for RB. Come on Harmonix!!!!!)
Into Eternity - Splintered Visions
Kalmah - The Black Waltz
Katatonia - Sleeper
The Mars Volta - Cicatriz E.S.P. (short version...make one)
Mastodon - anything from Blood Mountain.. It's so hard to choose! so many good songs.
Murder by death - Killbot 2000
Opeth - Beneath The Mire
Pyramaze - Souls In Pain
The Red Chord - Dreaming In Dog Years / like a train through a pigeon
Soilwork - As we Speak
Unearth - something from The Oncoming Storm
OLD Underoath - The Last (from Cries of the Past)
there goes! and still plenty of room for other genres to fill the rest of the disc! =D
haha, anyway, I hope someone gets something from this, whether it be one of you learning of a new band and hopefully liking them (THEY ARE ALL AWESOME with exception of underoath they suck now),
and hopefully Hmx gets some ideas from this too =D (*cough*dredg*cough*heislegend*cough)
