How many times have you been to Best Buy

...just to play the demo? My Best Buy is pretty quiet in the Rock Band demo area, so basically I can take up to an hour playing with out disturbance...yes I have spent hours playing the drums. But the real question is how many times have you been to Best Buy JUST FOR Rock Band? I have been five different times...pretty good on the drums...experting the demo songs(a select few, atleast) with 90%+, it's just so addicting!

Post it up, and sorry if this has been posted(I did search...)

Yeah, I went to Wal-Mart twice just to go play it. After that, my mom said that she's tired of me doing that and that I can't go anymore. :(

well im going up saturday to play the demo so this will be my scond time and that should hold me till tuesday. my best buy doesnt get that many people so when no one is using it i sit down at the drums and if someone is waiting to play it i just ask them if they want to go into multiplayer. so it all works out for me, and the people working at best buy just watch haha

Yeah, today me and my best friend went...he's only played GH at my house a few times so hes ok on easy...but anyways, I was on the drums Expert and he was on the guitar easy, playing Black Hole Sun and we had like 10 people around us watching....was awesome haha

4 times. At no point in my Best Buy visits did I even consider making a purchase. It was all about Rock Band.

I think I've been to the Walmart around here like 12 times all for about an hour and a half each...that is if i count going more than once in a day. Otherwise it's more like 8 times...

lol anyway ive gone to my best buy about 5 times for at least 2 hours each time :) i think im all uberawesome at drums just watch me be crushed when i cant even keep up with the bass pedal at the same time

I went once. It was enough to get a taste, and not ruin my anticipation of the game. I was thinking of not going at all, but I wanted to make sure this wasn't a very big, very early April Fool's joke (or very late, depending on how you figure). Once I saw it really did exist, I had to pick it up and play it, to make sure I wasn't just seeing things. And then to make sure I wasn't dreaming, I bit into the drums. Then I swung the guitar at a shelf of games, and knocked them all over. Both instruments are very real. Not sure about the mic though, that could've still been an illusion.

Exactly. Once I missed the tour that came by here in the Boston area, I just decided to wait it out and have November, 20th be one of the greatest days ever. It'll be a pre-Christmas basically.

Put me down for 0 times, and I don't intend on it, either. Rock Band is like a fine wine that needs to be savored first in the anticipation of actually opening it and THEN enjoying its variety of delights.

Not that there's anything particually wrong with it, but I compare those people who chose to go to Wal-Mart or Best Buy to play a "stunted" version of Rock Band, to those naughty little boys and girls who snuck downstairs on Christmas Eve and carefully unwrapped their presents to see what they had gotten from Santa.

Hah, it is a personal choice...and I respect either. I think it is cool that you people can wait for it without playing but...how do you do it? I'd die if the chance to play it was there and I knew it and didn't take it.
