AC/DC or Airbourne?

Well, all of you know of AC/DC. Some of you may know about Airbourne. The bands sound very similiar, but both also have there own qualities and differences. Both bands are amazing in my opinion, so I dont perfer one over the other. What are everyone else thoughts? Airbourne, or AC/DC?

Actually, yes. Alot of my friends are liking Airbourne more than AC/DC.

I prefer AC/DC since they're a classic band. Airbourne is awesome, but since they came second and sound extremely similar, they take the back seat.

I really like both Airbourne and AC/DC, but I do like AC/DC better. It's just personal taste, really.

I have a hard time telling the difference, except I already know and love and the AC/DC songs.

I'd probably get flamed to hell for this, but honestly AC/DC never really did much for me. Nothing against the people that do enjoy them, but I'm just not a fan. Sure, they function well as pure, shameless party rock, but that's all I've ever managed to think of them as. Though I have to admit, "Let There Be Rock" is one of the most epic things I've ever heard.

I think Airbourne is just a rip off of AC/DC. AC/DC wins hands down.

Airbourne, for the simple reason that their singer's voice isn't like sandpaper on my ear drums, unlike the Bon/Brian combo platter.

AC/DC by far. Not only were they the original band, but they were better songwriters too. Airborne is like AC/DC if AC/DC didn't write really catchy songs.

I like both but AC/DC have much the better back catalogue of awesome songs, ive got the Airbourne album but its a case of wait and see if they can maintain there good form and more songs akin to the "too fast, too young" song for example and they cant go wrong....they stand out as modern bands very rarely go down the path of 80's style rock anymore sadly.

Airbourne is great but you can't beat AC/DC. I like Airbourne's sound of course because it sounds like AC/DC.

When Airbourne first started the guitarist used the same Gretsch as Malcom and the singer used the SG like Angus. They looked and played exactly like AC/DC (Just not as good!) Then they got management and were told to change their guitars and look a bit so they weren't seen as an AC/DC cover band. They are a joke and their songs suck!! Joel can't even solo...all he does is run in the crwod to try and dazzle people....f*cking lame and shouldn't even be put in the same sentence as AC/DC.

Thumbs down to both of these bands. AC/DC is overrated through the roof. Young has one of the most annoying voices in music and their drum beats are extremely repetitive. Every song pretty much has the same basic drum beat when you break down. But, hey, an opinion is an opinion.
