I have to say U2. They have several complete albums that I wouldn't mind playing on Rock Band: Joshua Tree, Achtung Baby, All That You Can't Leave Behind, How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb. In reality I would get almost any U2 song if it were offered.

They would also be relatively easy to program into the game without missing out on playing much of each song since it's just the four members each playing one of the instruments you can use in RB. All you'd really miss out on are some piano parts in certain songs. I always hate when I'm playing a kickass song and the really cool stuff isn't included because it's keyboard/synth and not guitar. The Who comes to mind here. I was disappointed with Baba O'Riley and Won't Get Fooled Again for that reason.

andway I chose The Beatles, because frankly without them a lot of the best bands would never be big, like The Who, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin and The Rolling Stones, or at the very least, be so influential to the sounds of the 60's.

Zeppelin is the obvious choice for me.

But missing a few bands such as Pink Floyd, Cream and Rem. Screw the peoples choice, this list needs to be expanded. Not everybody posts in those threads.

One other band that is most noticeably missing to me is Live. Throwing Copper was one of the best albums of the past 30 years in my opinion and they have a lot of other tunes that would be great for this game. I'd rather see Zeppelin for sure, but after that Live would be far and away the next choice for me over any of the bands you've listed here.

I'd take any Queen we could get, but I Want It All is perfect for Rock Band. Every part has it's moment and it just has the perfect energy for a group. Doesn't mean it's their best song, just that it would be an incredibly fun song in-game.

I know this is pretty played out, but I voted for Led mainly because of their live energy. Have you guys seen the song remains the same? If they can transfer that energy into the game it would be so perfect. I'm more of a beatles fan too, but I think it'll be so much better to get some led zep in there.
