DLC Disappeared?!?

I got my Xbox back from the RROD last night and started to play some good ole' Rock Band. I downloaded some of the songs I missed from the previous week and everything was fine.

I decided to go home for lunch from work today to get my fix since I haven't had it in a while and when I went to play some DLC, the only songs that showed up were the ones I got last night! The rest are on my HD, but don't show up in the game.

The Xbox that was returned to me was my old one so I don't see why there is a problem. Any suggestions?

Are you sure it's your exact Xbox? The DLC is linked to both the Live account and the Serial Number of your Xbox 360. If the S/N doesn't match the S/N of the 360 used to purchase the songs, it needs to go online to verify that the account owns the DLC. There is a migration tool to reassociate the DLC with your current 360's S/N if you want to use it.
