How long do you wait...???

I requested an RMA at the end of July and received an email from EA on Aug 8th. It is now Aug 29th, and I've still seen nothing...

I am waiting for a drum replacement as well as pedal...

...I don't know if it makes a difference time wise, but I am Canadian.

If I`ve posted in the wrong place I apologize, I`m just frustrated not having functional drums...thanks in advance!

most likely its hung up in customs. send EA another email or query asking for a tracking number on the box. thats the best thing to do.

Just did, thank you...now I`ll just wait to hear back from them I guess.

Thanks for the advice, but I wonder why they don`t include tracking numbers in the first place, that way there is no question about where it`s located...

They just said they come via Purolator, and are not assigned regular tracking numbers...

...so....how long do I wait before I re-request??
