Bcuz i was sick all day and spent most of tht day trying to solve Apples' picture riddle thing I thought twisted and figured she wanted me to go out Liz, crush her(Liz's) heart, and my girlfriend would... well im not gonna go into detail with this but yeah... it would be fun... So now im stuck with Liz whom i dont really like so much but cant break her heart and my gf is dating somebody else!!!

well why would the other girl, courtney i presume, tell you to break up with her? Test or not, what did she expect you to do? Not break up with her for the other girl. Generally, I find the most accepted vocal style in Teen audiences are the "metalcore" styles. You know... where the vocalist alternates between completely incoherent growling with cleanly-sung choruses. I'm not a huge fan of that style.

Can't say I completely agree. There are bands that I have virtually no respect for, yet somewhat enjoy.

I find "Cool for Cats" an overall emotionless, yet catchy and slightly humorous song.

I don't like Paramore at all. That said, I still think their song is slightly catchy, and while it's not something I would listen to on my own, I am looking forward to it on Rock Band.

On the topic of Mastodon (a common theme in this thread), I'm not really looking forward to Colony of Birchmen. I love Mastodon, and I like Blood Mountain, but I cannot stand that song. It's just, blegh. I just don't like it. Much rather would have had something from Leviathan (which I'm listening to now) or even Sleeping Giant.

A band I have respect for (talent-wise) is The Fall of Troy. I just can't stomach their style or song-writing though. Their guitarist is good, but their music is such crap. What a waste of talent. :(
So much random dissonance in their music in order to play faster licks and whatnot, it just sounds terrible. Dissonance is awesome if used properly, to build tension and anticipation, but not if used for the entire goddam song.

Also (mainly Zeleii, but others too) are commenting about the OPs age and saying he'll grow out of it, yet you're only a couple years older. It amuses me greatly. I was 90% as stupid about relationships when I was 14 as I was when I was 17.

Everybody knows the OP is just thriving for attention. If he wanted help with a real "love" problem, he wouldn't go about the RB forums chanting out the names of girls he is crushing on, but too afraid to ask out. My advice would be to stick with one girlfriend, mention it about as little as possible on these forums, and don't **** up your relationship by breaking up with her so that you can have make-up sex and lose your virginity at age 14. Bragging about your girlfriend to people you don't know is VERY lame, especially if you think it's cool to share your break-up stories with the world. Please go back to hiding in your room playing Rock Band all day.
