I would add
A Favor House Atlantic
The Willing Well III: Apollo II: The Telling Truth
Three Evils (Embodied In Love And Shadow)
The Light and the Glass
The Camper Velourium II: Backend Of Forever
The Suffering
Gravemakers and Gunslingers
It would probably be a lot easier to just add all four Coheed albums though...
Just saying ;p

Yeah, how could neither of you throw out "The Crowing"? That's such an awesome song.
Other additions:
Drunkship of Lanterns - The Mars Volta
Roulette Dares - The Mars Volta
Mother May I - Coheed and Cambria
Hearshot Kid Disaster - Coheed and Cambria
...and The Willing Well II, 2113, and Godsend Conspirator if we're entering the realm of 7+ minute songs

Roulette Dares would be perfect for Rock Band. Every instrument would be hard.

Ten Speed (Of God's Blood and Burial)
Apollo I & II (minus the long intros of course
Willing Well III: Fear Through the Eyes of Madness
Crossing the Frame
Once Upon Your Dead Body
The Willing Well IV: The Final Cut (minus the hidden track part, not bc its bad but bc it doesn't go with the rest of the song)
The Suffering
GRAVEMAKERS & GUNSLINGERS
(I'm slightly in love with this song atm)
But yeah, I would love Good Apollo 1 as DLC. Honestly, i don't like a lot of the songs on No World For Tomorrow, and a lot of them are really slow....

Well I agree that it should, but I disagree in that I think In Keeping Secrets would be a better album.
