Can you navigate menus with the drums?

Okay, this may seem like a silly question, but can you navigate through the menus in RB with the drums? Since the game is apparently out already (http://community.rockband.com/vbforum/showthread.php?t=7549), I guess there's little point in musing about how this would work, but it would be kinda neat if it were possible.

For example, you could hit the blue and green pads to scroll through different options, and use the red and yellow ones for "select" and "back/cancel".

Yes, there's a control pad on the drum kit.

Yes, you can navigate through the menus. Yellow and blue scroll up and down. Red is cancel. Green is select.

I think he's asking if on top of that d-pad if you can navigate the menus striking the colored pads, the answer to which is yes you can.

In fact, the preferred and awesome way to nagivate the menus is beating on the pads... especially in sync to the background music. :D
