...If not then go away. But here's an idea! My real life friends are going to get a subscription card later this year and I have no one to play with. Also, I haven't played since April. So what I want to ask is...

Are there any WoW players on here that are willing to make new characters with me and play every once in a while and make a guild called something like, "Knights of the Rock Band Forums" or something to that effect? I am planning on questing and leveling up as much as we can. If you like Everquest better, or hate WoW, then just don't post here. But I am looking for about three more people. We can use this thread to show our status.

I was addicted to it a while back. Played avidly for about a year, but when I hit level 63, I got bored and stopped playing. It's probably the best MMORPG out there, but it can only distract me for so long until I realize that I'm endlessly completing menial, repetitive and tedious tasks by clicking one or two buttons and watching my character do the work.

i play it on my 5 year old laptop (let my wife use the good pc). had to change the graphics settings so it will run smoothly, but it plays fine..

I play wow. I have a 63 priest on Shandris and a 70 priest also on shandris, both alliance side. The 70 priest was made ages ago on a different server, but I transferred her over a week ago because for $25 it's worth it just to not have to level someone exclusively for alchemy needs.

I also have a 62 horde hunter on some server I can't remember the name of and a 50 horde warlock on that same server.

I wouldn't have any interest in starting a new character on another server. It would simply take too long to level and I think I'm done trying to make new characters as I find the gap between level 20-60 to be too 'been there, done that' to be any fun. :( If I never see Stranglethorn Vale again, it'll be too soon.

Yup had guild, all character spaces filled up ..no char below 22(one for each class and bank)
70 pally ran guild
after 70 if you want to get anywhere it takes a huge time commitment and i just cant do that anymore
I will say it is the best MMO i have ever played including guild wars but im more of a PvE type guy
I currently spend lil to no time in a free online MMO called Requiem its not bad , best ive found online for free.
Most my gaming time is taken up by RB

Not nearly as bad as in EQ. Fifteen minutes to take down some giant in the giant town in velious - and that's not even the end of end bosses.

i have a 70 alliance paladin on The Scryers. a couple other low level guys that im still tryin to decide if i like playing or not. though i havent been on much lately because ive been doing beta for the expansion.

I've got a lvl 70 night elf hunter , a lvl 48 dwarf paladin , and a few lower lvl toons I only play here and there....but I just cancelled my subscription for the time being. It's just too time consuming once you hit 70....you end up running Karazhan over and over to get geared to run other stuff over and over and it gets really tedious. Maybe I'll get back on for a while when the new expansion hits....although I'm sure my real-life friends who play wow won't let it go that long before they buy me a card so that I can run with them again (yes they've done it before....lol).
