What Guitar controller do you prefer? With Poll!

Exactly what the title says.

I myself prefer the X-Plorer the buttons feel free and the strum feels perfect for me.

I bought a Les Paul today and found the buttons to be almost too fearther-y.

The SG was ok, to long/thick neck for my tastes.

And I'm sorry but the Stratocaster was a complete nightmare for me.

The PS2 SG is and always be the ideal guitar controller in my book.
The Strat is #2.
X-plorer #3
The Les Paul is pure crap (only thing worse is the wireless ps2 kramer).

I like the Les Paul. I prefer the setup of it over the Xplorer, and as for the strat, I needs my clickbar. So that's a no-go. My experience with the LP has been great so far, so it gets my vote.

I actually like the Strat best. The raised buttons and clicky bar of the others don't do it for me. I went back and tried playing GH2 on PS2 with the SG and found myself asking how I ever used it. I've only used the Xplorer and LP at demo booths, but I didn't really care for them.

The Strat. Effects switch? Awesome. Solo buttons? Awesome. Heavier, longer, flat buttons, overall more realistic? Awesome. Beautiful guitar to design off of? Awesome. No-clicky strum bar? Awesome.

Strat all the way.

The only other guitars I've used was an x-plorer and the les paul. The LP comes in second because it's not as awkward to hold in my lap as the xplorer, and it's wireless... can't remember if the LP is larger than the x-plorer but I remember the x-plorer feeling so tiny and child-size to me.

The Wired Strat.

The Buttons on the wireless ones sometimes catch and wont go in all the way, and also the strum bar sticks a little

I've tried it with GH3, you can only hit orange and red, because it recognizes it as a controller, not a guitar, therefore, it sees the pads as ABXY and RB(pedal), A button is orange, and RB is red.


it fails otherwise.

I might have to try it out.. if it works. might make Guitar Hero way easier for me, even tho it would technicly be ceating.

Wow, I'm amazed that the LP is beating out the Xplorer as of right now. I thought seemd like there were more Xplorer fans than LP fans. Ah well, with the LP, you either love it or you hate it.

I'd be one of those Xplorer fans played a ton of GH2 with it and switching to the strat didn't feel as good (mainly the non-clickity strum bar) so if I'm just playing in the solo tours I always use the Xplorer. Strat is for online use only, since theres no place to plug your headset in to the Xplorer :p

voted SG as its the best controller imo, strat in close second, hated the les paul and I never played the xplorer
