Anyone notice the announced dlc conveniently ends late december.. a week before Christmas?

anyone think there will be songs released then? I sure hope so... and even more badass.. how about a free song?

anyone think it will happen?

Maybe a rock version of a christmas song by one of the Harmonix bands?

Could be that, or they just wanted a month's worth of DLC announced.

Here's to hoping for some free DLC for Christmas though! :D

I forget where I had read that they had plans to release weekly DLC up until Christmas to keep us rockin' through the holidays. I hope they don't stop weekly DLC in 2008, but that is a lot to keep up with. Although they did promise 100s of songs in the first year alone, so I'm not really sure what to think.

Hopefully they do release something big for Christmas though, that would be nice!

After having worked at a record store over two christmas seasons...I can safely say I never want to hear another christmas carol ever again.

did you guys think for atleast one minute that...the week of christmas there is no DLC because.... Its christmas week and they need to be with family? stop being so selfish!

It's not like they whip up some DLC the day before it's released. I'm sure most of the announced DLC is complete or nearly complete, so they have a month to come up with a few new tracks for Christmas week, if they haven't already.

Maybe they could get some Gary Hoey, who has done a few rock'n'roll xmas albums.

No vocals that I recall, but the tracks are rock-ass-guitar versions of everything from Rudolp to God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, and for what they are, they're pretty darn good.

Oooh, found a youtube of it:
"God Rest - Gary Hoey
He really knows how to make Christmas music not suck so much.. "

True, but man you have to admit. A special holiday pack for DLC would be amazing.
