While I can no longer tolerate Slipknot due to the mess that was "Before I Forget" in GH3, that song might be all right.

On a side note does anyone else find the big guy in the mask surrounded by flames playing a Telecaster as funny as I do?

Either you are "true" or easy-listening-ftw :rolleyes: I comfortably rely on the fact HMX will manage to surprise me every once in a while and release music which, while still good, is not praised by the general public or small elitist groups.

I honestly think most of the hate on slipknot is due to 3 reasons.

1. They all wear masks

2. They are a large group that breaks the 4-5 man rock mold

3. They add items as insturments for purcussion reasons IE the big drums, and Sid's DJ table.


Slipknot is a group that you either love or hate, thats it.

But dont base Slipknot on their old music or their stage act.

Listen to Psycho-Social at least once, it has a old slipknot sound to it, but there is parts where Corey actually sings, and has well constructed Guitar solo.

I promise to those that havent heard it yet, that its a very good song. To just drop your smug high-browness for just once and judge it honestly by at least listening to it once.

I swear I heard great musicians play songs that sounded like noise sometimes (and I wont mention names, because I'm gonna piss alot of people off when I mention some greats and their not so lusterous pieces, and some of them are very loved)

Also on end note...should be in ultimate setlist
