Drum RMA [im screwed]

hey, my kick pedal snapped when i was using it and my mom thew it away before i could submit it for a warranty. I then attempted to buy a metal one on amazon.com and it just gave me a plate to "attach" to my pedal. Is there anyway i can get a new pedal without buying a new drum set, or is there a place where i can buy "just" the pedal from?

i know this is kind of cheating the system, but if you request a RMA for a pedal they send it to you right away even without having to send your broken pedal in...and no im not talking about the express shipment method, just the standard....when mine broke they sent me a new pedal right away without having to send my old one in, and i know others have said the same.

yup, they sent me a new one right away too. I think they would have thousands of broken pedals laying around if everyone sent theirs back, so they said, "Why bother? Just them a new one."
