One of the 1st videos for RB was Welcome to the jungle

But apparently not only have they thrown that song out but they threw the band out entirely

someone lock this topic. For the 1 MILLIONTH TIME.... The WTTJ song was a private demo for HMX staff only to get their employee's hyped about the game and was never going to actually be in the game. The only possibility is a possible DLC release in the future, and no it has not been confirmed as one yet.

How does this continue to come up?

They never had it, that video was a leak. The song was never liscensed, never in the game, and therefore was never thrown out. As soon as they work out a liscensing deal with GNR, we'll see some DLC. But that first video was never supposed to be seen by you, so don't read into it.

Harmonix needs to give us GNR DLC or we are just going to keep seeing more threads like this. It doesn't bother me at all it just reminds me how much I want it.

I'm guessing this didn't get into the game because Axl is an ass like that. Gun N' Roses DLC is unlikely in my opinion. And Slash is up Guitar Hero's bunghole. Not my opinion. I saw some people trying to yank his body out...
