What are you smoking? Everyone knows Rock Band is just a toned down version of guitar hero. (with more instruments). That game was a whole difficulty lower than Guitar Hero 3 was. Raining blood on GH3? Expert on Rock Band (on guitar any way) was like hard on GH3. I only died on Green Grass/High Tides on expert, the rest of expert I breezed through in Rock Band.

Repetitive notes? That's all rock band is. I don't know what you're on bro. GH is for the hard core, Rock Band was meant for parties and social playing, not serious gamers (for the most part) IMHO.

Good music? Tool might not be the taste of music you prefer, but you can't say they aren't exceptionally good musicians! Danny Carey(drummer) and Adam Jones(guitarist) are two of some of the best musicians in their respective instruments. I personally really like Tools sound and think they'd be a great addition to RB's tracklist. Just my opinion, take it or leave it.

Sadly, it's the REALLY die-hard fans that kinda ruin it. Song writing, there f'in great - Concerts on the other hand, although also f'in great, are kinda ruined by the crazies. Last TOOL concert I had some sitting behind me screaming in my ear for 3 hrs. At least the visual show was fantastic.

He can do more **** with his feet than you could probably do with both of your hands and feet at the same time on a drum set. Based on skill alone, he's above 98% of every drummer to ever exist. Now include his intelligence to the equation, he creates huge time signatures that have a mathematical flow that relate to more than just music. It is rumored that can summon demons by playing specific patterns. He is Danny Carey.

Tool also has a vocalist that doesn't want to drowned out the rest of the music, so his volume level is at par with the rest of the band. He uses his voice as an instrument rather than a distraction, which seems to be the case with a good 90% of the metal and rock bands out there.

I can elaborate more, but if the points above don't mean anything to you, saying anything else would just be a waste of time. Really though, to say Tool is over-rated is like saying Neversoft invented the first game to simulate a full band experience, they didn't even invent the original guitar rhythm game.
