I'm 29, turning 30 in December.

Our generation is the one that grew up with the NES! I still remember the Intellivision and the Atari 2400, though. Then it was the Apple II gs that cost, like, $2000 or something.

"The fun is back, O yes-sir-ee,
IT's the 2600 from Atari.
It's the video system with classics galore,
From Space Invaders to cars that roar.
A real hip joystick controls the screen,
Solaris is hot and Midnight Magic is mean.
And one more thing, it's got a special low price,
Under fifty bucks!"
"Fifty Bucks?!"
"Now isn't that nice?
The fun is back, O yes-sir-ee,
It's the 2600 from Atari."

33 here and the wife (who tries to hide that she plays these games) turns 29 (+1) this year.

It is amazing to see the difference though in our take on music with only 3... oops I mean 4 years difference between us. Saw the Panama video tonight on VH1 Classic and I was telling the kids about how great Eddie Van Halen was as a guitarist/etc. and all the wife could do was crack up laughing and ask "what the hell are they wearing". Amazing how so few years makes such a big difference... Think I may have to push her off a cliff before too long.

I am 37

First system I played? Fairchild Channel F. Stop laughing, it was a step up from Pong...this system had FOUR colors!!

Have had that, Atari 800, C64, Amiga 500-1000, Atari 7800-4800, PS1-2, N64, Coleco Vision, Xbox, 360, and about 20 PC's. Stupid Flight Simulator makes me update every few years lol.

I'm probably forgetting a few..Yeah, I'm a gamer

Seventeen (but will be 18 Feb. 24th) so I'm one of the younger people here. But like Atsumi said, these posts are actually worth reading because unlike GH3's site their crap-less (most of the time). I started playing in arcades at 5 and my game was Street Fighter and I used to always pick Blanka w00t! My first system was at 6 I believe and it was an SNES with Donkey Kong Country!
