Who can help with my Mic?

I have a PS3 and my mic is acting up. The system reads it and everything, but when the song starts, it won't register my voice. How can I fix this? Please help fast.

try turning up the mic sensetivity or send it back

sensitivity is all the way up.

Is your mic volume turned all the way down on the same menu as mic sensitivity? That'll make it so you can't hear yourself even if the mic is picking you up.
