So far I'm kinda worried cause it doesn't seem like anyone on these boards ordered from there, and I'm worried based on the fact that they don't post any customer service phone numbers.
Also, if anyone knows if you can change your shipping options on their site, that'd be great.

I dunno, I was also curious if anyone from the forums ordered it from that website. Can't shed any light on it myself.

I wouldn't. Alot of people ordered GH3 from RedOctane site, including myself, and got it late. But they gave out free stuff.
Harmonix isn't giving bonus free stuff out. And there's the chance you'll get it late. But if you want it, and don't care when it gets here, go for it.

not to mention any customer service e-mails I sent were not responded to including my cancel e-mail which was sent 5 days before it came out....website says you can do it within 3, also they charged my bank account a week before they shipped and then i didnt get all the free stuff promised, so i sent another angry email and a week later they sent one back saying there is a waiting list and maybe in a month or so ill get it...im not holding my breath and also never ordering from redoctane again

Yeah, although this is Harmonix, and not RedOctane we're talking about. I wasn't really worried until I noticed that they didn't have any customer service numbers to call, and then I realized I might have made a bit of a mistake.
Here's for hoping to get back a response from the Customer Service email.

I pre-ordered both the 360 and PS3 versions from Amazon. They have free ground shipping, and they started taking pre-orders ages ago. Might not be the fastest, but then I can't play it til I get it back to Japan anyway, which'll be in January.

Well considering both 360 and PS3 bundles are sold out at rockbandstore.com, I'd assume people have ordered from them :P
I for one, ordered from rockbandstore.com, because nowhere else will ship to Canada.

I ordered it from the Rock Band store around mid to late October. Since then I see the shipping dates getting pushed back more and more and now it says sold out. I sure hope my preorder was reserved and will ship on the 20th.

Nope, ordered mine from Gamestop, I would rather drive the 5 minutes to the mall to pick it up rather than wait a week after to recieve it in the mail.

Hey all. Just wondering if anyone preordered using rockbandstore.com? If so, what does your status say? I ordered a couple months back and still have "Backordered" as my status.

There's an identical topic from 11/11 that I'm going to merge your question with. You'll want to try the Search functionality to dig up answers to your questions, as there are tons of very informative threads here.

My status says backordered too, and I pre-ordered around the end of October. I'm staying optimistic about it though.

Thanks man. I've been checking out these forums frequently over the past couple months and finally decided to sign up. Still trying to navigate through things. Thanks for the help.
