Once Again GameStop Is Acting ******ed.....Again

I just called my gamestop and they said the bundle there not selling the bundle until the 21.(I was just calling cause i was curios, and yes i know the street date)but any way im still going on the 20th. and if they dont give me a bundle unfortanetly somebody is gonna get hurt.:mad: Have any of your gamestops told you the release date was other than the 20?

Yes, I have experienced the same thing. You know they have more of "game X" available but they will not sell it to you. They just perpetuate the notion that you need to pre-order the next time. All it really does for me is perpetuate the notion that I will never pre-order or purchase a game from them no matter how popular or hard to find. I will just wait for Best Buy to have it and get my reward zone points.

Speaking of messing with your sleep... I've been having dreams about Rock Band. *laugh* I keep trying to drum & I fail out every time.

Just called mine and they said the have them tues morning when they open. also said they should have plenty to go around. I didnt tell them mine was already preordered and payed for. Go on tue and you shoudnt have any problem getting 1. Good Luck and HEY HO LETS GO!!!!!:D

i just got off the phone with my Gamestop and they confirmed that they are going to sell it on the tuesday the 20th. They better not change that freaking date because i have already taken it off from work!

Of course, but I mean they wouldn't sell any of the extras they had either. So if they had 25 pre-orders & got 40 copies in, they wouldn't sell the extra 15 until the next day. And that's kinda shady.

I just got back from paying off RB and Mass Effect at the Gamestop by me. I asked the date just to confirm, and they said the 20th. I also asked if they already have the bundles (in their stockroom) ready to go, and also got a yes. I should get both games without hassle... But the bus ride home is still making me nervous. It's such a big box and I know it'll be suspicious to people to have a giant box in a black garbage bag. But I don't think anyone will confront me... Sometimes being a big intimidating looking guy can have its advantages.

What really happened was that since there is such a limited quantity of rockbands, and bestbuy and larger stores get so many units without even offering preorders, the gamestores only get what they preorder because the game is sold out. I tried preordering my own rockband at my store(GameCrazy) and it was impossible since there were no more to buy(this was before november too).

My store is only getting 4 bundles, they are all for 360, and they are all preorders.

This topic made me nervous, so I had to call my Gamestop and confirm that I can get mine on the 20th.

I hope that goes for all versions we still haven’t received our PS3 copies >.< But in this case Pre-Orders closed pretty early for Rock Band, they just aren’t getting a whole lot of them the first day.

Ive got mine preordered at GameStop and I was really lucky, I preordered it and they told me that there was only 1 left after that one... I was really relieved. Playing it at best buy just made me want it more, didnt really help me haha. I cant wait to see what its like on the ps3.

***Stop told me the freakin 23rd! Next Friday!! Mine's been paid off for a month. They even have a sign that says 11/23, i think they're ass backwords and dont know ****... im going tuesday after work and they better have mine!
