Play it on practice mode at 50% and revel at how many notes come out of one kick.
Personally I think for songs with machine gun bass kicking should just have some kind of drum fill layer with a little vocal pie that needs to be filled up when it gets that insane. It is too ridiculous to play this on drums to any actuality with the single stock bass pedal and a throne/chair not at the proper height.
Ridiculous.
