Looking for a Fun Band

I'm just looking for a fun band to play around with. I play mostly expert guitar/bass. My only requirements:

1) I don't care how high of difficulty you're playing but you should be able to
finish the song on whatever difficulty you're using.
2) It's not competitive. Lets all just have a good time.
3) You have some DLC.
4) You plan on getting Rock Band 2 on release day.
